BT 'Time Moves So Fast' on Monstercat

Volen Sentir's Timestop remix, with PROFF, of BT's 'Time Moves So Fast' tops Volen Sentir's own Timeless chart, placed first of 12 and posted 13 March. Filed as organic house, the remix reached Monstercat on 12 March, as Miami moves through March.

Tone sits over rhythm on this remix, the percussion thin on the ground beneath it. The mix stays restrained in level, keeping its headroom, and a muted top end gives the track a soft, interior finish.

BT brings a catalogue of 340 releases since 1 January 2000 to the remix, weighted heavily toward Black Hole Recordings and Armada Music Albums, with smaller runs on Coldharbour Recordings and Anjunabeats, and counts 'k-means clustering - Tor Remix' on Monstercat, from 6 February, as the release just before this one, a gap of 35 days. Monstercat's own 2024 tally sits at its 51st release, of 55 so far this year.
