'Not The Same' is the first release on Deep Root Tribe from Nitefreak & Imad since their 23 February 2024 single 'Savior', a gap of about seven months. This release marks a very meaningful collaboration for all three artists.

"After graduating in 2018, Clubhouse lead singer Max was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma, spent the year in treatment and relearned to walk. He became cancer-free multiple times but relapsed repeatedly. Despite six years of battling cancer, Max continues to make music with his bandmates as this is what he lives for. Nitefreak, Imad, and Clubhouse consider 'Not The Same' to be one of their best works yet.", Deep Root Tribe.

The record's weight sits in the drums with little incident, at a middling level with moderate movement under the peaks and a temperate top end.

Tulum's new season is already in the air, and this one arrives just before the rush, timed for Francis Mercier's Je T'Aime Mi Amore night on 24 October alongside other selectors.
