Eli Nissan 'Cosmic' on Lost Miracle

Covered on 'Vally of The Winds' (Lost & Found) on 12 Aug, Eli Nissan has a new release out now for Lost Miracle. While 'Cosmic' is his first release on Lost Miracle since 25 June 2021 (the Casablanca EP), a gap of about two years, it comes as the label pushes into peak season in Ibiza and Mykonos, and as Roy Rosenfeld's Toco Dance Chart chart shows (chart placed at second of 12, on 21 Aug). Four of the 12 records in the chart are on Lost Miracle, with Roy Rosenfeld and Luka Sambe's 'Bunggul' (Lost & Found) at fifth, and covered on 12 Aug.

'Cosmic' is weighted towards its percussion. There is a lot in the percussion part, and it's kept low in level and open under its peaks, with a top end with plenty of air. The synth elements that come in around it are muted. Effectively the piece is: key, short synth melody and bass, percussion only, build, breakdown, key and synth melody and bass, percussion only, build, breakdown, key and synth melody and bass, bass... Just it goes on and then... Goes into a breakbeat section, which is unusual, and then builds.
