Goom Gum 'Everybody Do Clap' on Truesoul

'Everybody Do Clap' marks Goom Gum's first release on Truesoul since 'Set & Setting' on 4 August 2023, a gap of about 16 months. The track was released on 13 December, filed as Melodic House and Techno, and Space Motion placed it third of nine in the 'Been Too Long' chart on 20 December.

Truesoul was last covered on 1 October, with Alphadog's 'Keep Moving'. The label counts 'Everybody Do Clap' as its 17th release of 2024, 17 so far this year.

The mix keeps an even hand between drum and tone, its percussion thin on the ground at a middling level with room left under the peaks. The top end stays lit, adding a touch of shimmer without pulling focus from the groove.
