Maty Owl 'In The Flow' on Anjunadeep Explorations

There's more chord than drum in this one; Maty Owl casts 'In The Flow' in an Extended Mix that sways and breathes. It opens on an airy hit pattern with a forward level and some room under the peaks, and the top end is pitched between bright and dark; that's where the record's emotional tension sits. The release came out on Anjunadeep Explorations on 6 May, as the label's 18th release of 2026.

This is Maty Owl's first release on Anjunadeep Explorations since the Green & Blue EP of 28 January, a gap of about three months, and it marks his return to the label with a sturdy progressive house cut that's already finding favour in big rooms. Joris Voorn placed it 15th of 19 in his Like A Machine chart on 21 May. He's on the bill at ANTS at Ushuaïa Ibiza in Ibiza on 23 May, alongside Archie Hamilton, Job de Jong and Raul Rodriguez, during the opening weeks of the Ibiza season.
