'G-Venture' by Meloko, Selim Sivade & AZZUR on the AZZUR label is one of the slower, more hypnotic records in this week's Melodic House & Techno chart, working at just 93 BPM. It was placed 17th of 20 by Musumeci in his chart made for ADE 2023 on 16 October.

The record's power is in its harmony, which does more of the work than the percussion. There is little incident in the drums, and the track is high in level and flat under the peaks, with a dark top end. It is a fine example of the hypnotic side of the genre, where feeling and texture replace momentum and peaks.
