Naomi Sharon's 'Another Life' gets the Marten Lou remix treatment on OVO Sound, filed as melodic house and techno and released on 24 August. Gorje Hewek placed it 13th of 18 on his Casualities chart, posted 26 December, a list where Meloko, Utli and Mont Rouge's 'Paris' on MoBlack Records held 15th, as Tulum turned mild and humid heading into its season opening.

The percussive layer does the work here, riding a settled drum pattern that holds steady through the mix. It runs loud, with the peaks held tight, and the treble stays subdued, giving the remix a dense, close-in weight rather than any bright lift.

Marten Lou brings just one release to the remix, since 13 January on OWSLA/Atlantic, making this an early credit for the producer, arriving as Tulum's season begins to open.
