Ntjam Rosie, Cincity 'Ko-Kolo' on Rise Music

The FNX Omar Remix of Ntjam Rosie, Cincity's 'Ko-Kolo' has hit number three in Hyenah's Berlin Charts on 10 November. It also sits within a broader trend in the chart itself, with four of the thirteen records there coming from the same label, Rise Music.

'Ko-Kolo' is the fifth release from Rise Music on Beatport in 2023, out of six the label has put out between the start of the year and 12 November. It comes from the pen of Ntjam Rosie and Cincity, their first outing on Rise Music and their first since the Ndiki EP, which came out on Watergate Records in June 2023. The remix keeps an even hand between drum and tone, not much happening across the drums, held back and with plenty of room under the peaks, giving it an airy top end.
