Taleman 'Come Back' on Rubicunda

Out now on Rubicunda, 'Come Back' is Taleman's newest release and one that has already been picked up by Roy Rosenfeld, who placed it sixth of 10 on his Hello Chart on 2 Dec.

'Come Back' levels the share between drum and harmony. The drum pattern is settled and kept down in level, free beneath the peaks. The top end is lit with synth phrases that do not hurry, and the low end stays pointed and warm. It is an efficient house record, and the efficiency gives it space to move.

Taleman has put out 16 releases since 12 June 2023, mostly on SkyTop (11), with three on The Purr. The most recent before this was 'Sandalwood' on The Purr, 30 August 2024. He was last covered on 27 October, with 'Habitat' on SkyTop.
