Tom & Collins, Cato Anaya 'No Sleep (No Me Dejan Dormir)' on tszr

The latest instalment of the 'No Me Dejan Dormir' series lands with 'No Sleep', a collaboration between Tom & Collins and Cato Anaya. Out now on tszr after a 14 February release, it takes its place among a week of records that runs from 118 to 124 beats per minute, with this one sitting at the faster end of that range.

Jonas Blue picked it up for his Lifeline Chart on 25 February, placing it ninth of ten. The track's percussion and harmony share the spotlight evenly, with little incident in the drums, a bright treble, and headroom that leaves space for a DJ to work with. It is a record that does not demand attention but holds its own in the mix, comfortable at 124 BPM and in a G flat minor key.

For Tom & Collins, this is the latest in a long run of releases that have come out since July 2016, with previous homes including Insomniac Music Group, Myth of NYX, and REALM Records. Their last outing before this was a contribution to 'Best Of Toolroom 2024' on Toolroom back in December.
