Hyenah placed Meith, Angelo Harris and MentMusik's 'Intertwined' in the Vertic Remix fifth of 15 on the Royal Charts on 16 Jun. The remix, filed as Afro House, arrived on Kazukuta Records on 15 May 2026, under a warm Lisbon evening beneath a late sunset.

Drums and chords weigh the same across 'Intertwined', with little incident running through the drums themselves. The mix stays even in level with middling headroom, and a muted top end keeps the whole thing soft rather than sharp. It plays as a balanced, unhurried remix built for a room easing into its night.

VERTIC has made two releases since 4 July 2025, both on Bridges For Music, and the most recent before this was 'Rainy Spirits' on Bridges For Music, on 4 July 2025. Kazukuta Records was last covered on 21 July, with HomeBoyz and Vasilis's 'Goat Moves', and 'Intertwined' lands as Lisbon and Berlin move through the same stretch of the season.

Hyenah & beatsbyhand are responsible for 'Le Royal', a record that lands on Rise Music with a certain weight. It's billed as Afro House, but it drifts into a wider, deeper category, led by harmony as much as by rhythm. The audio is notable for what it holds back: sparse percussion, an open middle, a top end that never turns sharp. Le Royal succeeds on sound design and restraint, marking it as the label's eighth release of the year, adding to a busy run for Rise in 2026.

For Hyenah, it's a return to the label following mid-December's Electrolog, while 'Le Royal' also continues a working relationship with beatsbyhand that stretches across their recent No Matter The Cost EP from April. If the intention was to make a record for both clubs and headphones, it succeeds. Out since 12 June, the pair have charted 'Le Royal' first on Hyenah's Royal Charts on 16 June, and it keeps the momentum for two producers whose releases rarely feel disposable.
