Sabo placed The Wild Child Remix of 'Mauri' 19th of 20 in his Summer Solstice Chart on 21 June. The remix, filed as Afro House, came out on eViVE Records in June.
Augusto Yepes' catalogue includes three releases since November 2023, spread across My Other Side of the Moon, Nervous Records and Rose Avenue; the most recent before this was 'Breathe In', on Rose Avenue, in May. The Wild Child brings a run of five releases since April 2023 to the remix, most of them, three, on Cafe De Anatolia; the most recent before this was 'Mali Ana', also on Cafe De Anatolia, in May. Harmony sits out in front of the drums, with a moderate count of hits to the beat. Levels sit high, flat under the peaks, and the top end runs middling, a present, driving read that keeps the harmony forward. 19th of 20 is a modest finish, but a remix combining two active young catalogues still has plenty of runway ahead of it.
