Emi CA, Facucio 'Shoganai' on MNL
'Shoganai' becomes MNL's tenth release of the year, part of a run that already stands at eleven records total. It comes from the label's Spring 2024 EP in its 'Seasons' series, which MNL says is "packed with progressive house weapons from all over the world." Emi CA has put out 29 releases, mostly on The Purr, Superordinate Music, Transensations Records and AH Digital, and his last one before this was '11 Years 3rd Avenue', on 3rd Avenue, in April.
Shoganai leans on its chords more than its drums, with a light touch of percussion throughout. It is a chord-led progressive house cut, one of several tracks on MNL's 'Seasons' Spring 2024 EP.
