Montaigne, Zapapaya, Papaya Tropical 'Merengue Tropical' on Make The Girls Dance Records

HUGEL placed Montaigne, Zapapaya and Papaya Tropical's 'Merengue Tropical' ninth of 10 in his own Make The Girls Dance Chart Vol. 23, published 14 December 2025. The track itself came out on 26 December 2025, in an Extended Mix, three artists sharing the credit on the release.

HUGEL performed at Papaya Playa Project in Tulum on 7 January 2026, for PPP presents Hugel, a bill that also carried AARON SEVILLA and Juany Bravo.

Eight of the 10 records in that same chart carry the Make The Girls Dance label, a clear majority of the tracklist that week, according to the chart itself.

Drums lead over chords throughout the track, the pattern even, and the mix stays moderate with room still opening beneath its own ceiling, never pushed past that point at any stage of the record, holding steady throughout its whole length.
